Indication: Treatment of specific forms of brain tumors, including:
- Newly-diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme (used initially with radiotherapy, and then alone as maintenance treatment).
- Malignant glioma (such as glioblastoma multiforme or anaplastic astrocytoma) that has returned or worsened after standard treatment (used alone in adults and children 3 years and older).
